Serilda is an SDVOSB and WOSB organization providing a vast array of quality administrative, logistical, and program support outsourcing services.
Our program management support is built upon PMP Processes using the PMBOK and PMI, as well as integrating the specific functions of the Defense Acquisition Processes (DOD 5000). Our contract management team assists with contract management, DCMA preparation of project controller functions and Defense Program Controls for Research and Development projects and Programs of Record.
We have worked with industry and the navy with construction coordination and logistics management. We understand Naval Processes and reports using Financial Management Tools (FMT) and the Command Financial Management System (CFMS). Our Team ensures solid oversite and tracking of expenditures and property accountability.
At Serilda, we work with our industry partners to build relationships with our customer base. Through these relationships we help identify requirements and customer solutions. We have supported NAVSEA (PMS 379 and IWS10) with logistical, construction and administrative services. At DARPA we have worked with several directorates providing support with business analysis, business financials and program analysts. While we are growing we are building the base of the business on ISO 9001 and CMMC processes. This dedication to our infrastructure allows us to scale and expand with our partners and customers.
